The dashboard is the first thing you see when logging into the control panel. If there are any errors, they appear in a graph in descending order. The practice with the most errors is listed at the top.
Clicking on any of the blue bars will take you to the error log for that practice, allowing you to easily identify issues:
Setup and maintenance of multi site practices is easy. The organization record contains the details that are common to all practices, with practice records containing localized details.
Each organisation is listed with a set of four control buttons to the right for:
List each practice within the organization
Edit organization configuration
Delete organization
Add a new practice to the organization.
The web diary widget can be configured to fit in with your existing website. Configuration options include:
Color and font
Date format options (big endian, little endian and middle endian)
12 or 24 hour clock
Choice of language
Configurable labels for address registration fields
Each practice is configured to connect to a variety of PMS applications including Acuitas and See 20/20. It will handle secure connections using HTTPS or HTTP.
Each practice can be configured to handle a variety of appointment lengths based on age groups which are configured here
Each practice can configure a variety of appointment lengths based on a patients age group, standard eye test, contact lens assessment, whether they are a new or existing patient and if they need an extended eye test.
A practice can use the matrix below to set appointment lengths for online booking.
The configuration script has been reduced down to a single line which is embedded on the practice website anywhere between the body tags.
The script is generated when a practice is first configured. Subsequent configuration changes will be applied automatically to a practice site. So if you change the language of the site from English to French the change will be applied.

Access to the control panel is controlled through username and password. The following details are added for each user:
There are three roles that a user can have:
Super admin – Access Everything
Admin – Access limited to an organisation
Member

To avoid confusion over who made what change to a configuration and when we have added a change log. The change log records the changes made by an administrator and records their username against the change.
The change log is accessed by clicking the ‘change log’ button on the ‘organization’ and ‘practice’ configuration screen here:
